Chairman Kato, whose Wildfire EP we released back in February has teamed up with Chris Stoneman to construct an artistic installation at his favourite East London tea house, Teasmith.
I was somewhat overwhelmed by the intense experience, climbing down wards into this East London underbelly to be greeted by the music that soundtracks these surreal projections and exaggerated shadow play.
“Underbelly” features in this month’s Time Out First Thursdays event. Visit late until 9PM on Thursday 5th May or during normal opening hours until 22nd May 2011.
